HJ assembled non removable bottom formwork steel truss composite plate
The HJ assembled non removable bottom mold steel truss composite plate is produced mechanically by the factory. Alkali resistant fiberglass mesh cloth is laid on the bottom layer of the mold, and 20mm thick fiber fine aggregate concrete is poured and placed into the steel truss with connecting steel bars. The fiber fine aggregate concrete completely wraps the connecting steel bars to form the bottom plate, and after curing and solidification, it forms a prefabricated component. During the construction phase, as a template, it can withstand all construction loads, and during the use phase, it is subjected to joint forces with the post poured concrete to form an HJ steel truss composite floor slab. -

HJ Prefabricated Non-Dismantlable Bottom-Forming Steel Truss Composite Slab
The HJ prefabricated, non-removable bottom-formwork steel truss composite slab is manufactured mechanically in a factory. A layer of alkali-resistant fiberglass mesh is laid on the bottom of the mold, and after pouring 20 mm-thick fiber-reinforced fine aggregate concrete, a steel truss equipped with connecting reinforcement is inserted. The fiber-reinforced fine aggregate concrete completely encases the connecting reinforcement, forming the bottom slab. Once cured and hardened, this component becomes a precast element. During construction, it serves as formwork and can bear all construction loads; in the service stage, it works together with the cast-in-place concrete to form the HJ steel truss composite floor slab.
