The HJ Prefabricated Rebar Truss Composite Slab Without Formwork is a precast component produced through mechanized factory processes. It involves laying alkali-resistant glass fiber mesh on the bottom layer of the mold, pouring 20 mm thick fiber-reinforced fine aggregate concrete, embedding a steel bar truss with connecting reinforcement, and fully encasing the connecting reinforcement with the fiber-reinforced fine aggregate concrete to form the bottom slab. After curing and hardening, it becomes a finished precast element. During the construction phase, it serves as formwork capable of bearing all construction loads. In the service phase, it works compositely with cast-in-place concrete to form the HJ steel bar truss composite floor slab.
