Cement-Based Non-Shrink Grout
Details
Grout Material
Compliance Standard: JC-T986-2018
Features: High strength, self-leveling, micro-expansion, early strength and rapid setting, durability, segregation resistance
Application Method
1. Substrate Preparation
Remove oil and dust. Moisten the substrate for 24 hours. Absorb standing water 1 hour before grouting.
2. Grouting Method Selection
Gravity Method: Directly pour when flowability is good;
Elevated Hopper: For large areas or complex structures;
3. Formwork Requirements
Formwork must extend ≥50mm above base to ensure leak-proof sealing.
4. Mixing and Pouring
Add water per instructions (typically 13–15%), mechanically mix for 1–2 minutes; pour from one side until overflowing to expel air.
5. Curing
Protect from freezing in winter and direct sunlight in summer; cure at ambient temperature for 3–7 days.
Definition of HJ Prefabricated Non-Removable Bottom Formwork Reinforced Truss Composite Slabs and Their Differences from Common Composite Slabs?
HJ Prefabricated Non-Removable Bottom Formwork Reinforced Truss Composite Slab: Serves as the primary non-removable integrated formwork.
Manufactured using intelligent production methods, it features a 20mm fine aggregate concrete base slab. The reinforced truss is anchored to the base slab through fixed connections, forming an integrated structure.
Construction Phase: The base slab functions as formwork, eliminating or minimizing the need for additional support.
Service Phase: The bottom formwork and the subsequently poured concrete jointly bear loads, serving as the lower chord reinforcement protective layer. It functions as an integral structural component of the floor slab, eliminating the need for formwork removal.
What are the core competitive advantages of our company's HJ prefabricated steel truss composite panels with non-removable bottom formwork?
What are the quality inspection standards for HJ prefabricated steel truss composite panels with non-removable bottom formwork?
Entry Inspection Phase -- Basis: Appendix E of Industry Standard JC/T “Technical Specifications for Application of Non-Removable Bottom Formwork Reinforced Truss Composite Panels”
Test Method: (Using 2-80 as an example)
Randomly select 2 panels per 100 panels as test specimens. Distribute 390 kg/m² load weights evenly across the single test panel in 3 stages (support span 200 cm). After each 130 kg/m² loading, perform watering tests from the top surface and inspect water penetration on the bottom surface at 10-minute intervals. After completing three loading cycles and three watering tests, the panel is deemed qualified if:
- No single crack exceeds 50 mm in length
- No crack exceeds 0.1 mm in width
- ≤2 cracks per panel
Final Acceptance Phase - Basis: Appendix G of Industry Standard JC/T Technical Specifications for Application of Reinforced Truss Composite Panels with Non-Removable Bottom Formwork
The bottom surface of HJ prefabricated non-removable bottom formwork steel truss composite panels shall not exhibit severe defects. For existing crack defects, the construction unit shall propose a technical treatment plan (refer to Appendix G) and implement it after approval by the supervision unit. Treated areas shall undergo re-inspection.
Crack repair for HJ prefabricated non-removable bottom formwork steel truss composite panels employs methods such as surface sealing, injection, and filling with sealant.
