Usage
1. Base surface treatment
Remove oil stains and dust, wet the base surface for 24 hours, and dry the accumulated water 1 hour before grouting.
2. Grouting method selection
Self-weight method: Direct pouring when fluidity is good;
High-level funnel: Large area or complex structure;
3. Formwork requirements
The formwork is ≥50mm higher than the base, and it is sealed to prevent leakage.
4. Mixing and pouring
The amount of water added is according to the instructions (usually 13-15%), mechanical mixing for 1-2 minutes; unilateral pouring to overflow, to remove air.
5. Maintenance
Keep warm and prevent freezing in winter, prevent sun exposure in summer, and cure at room temperature for 3-7 days.
