Floor Repair Mortar

Implementation Standard: JC/T 2381-2016

Features: High bonding strength, early strength and fast hardening, micro-expansion, good workability, high compressive/flexural strength, high wear resistance

Instructions for Use:

1. Clean the ground of debris, dust and loose parts. Thoroughly rinse the repair surface with a water gun until clean and fully wet, until no water seepage or bubbles appear. Keep the interface moist but without standing water before immediately proceeding with construction.

2. Add approximately 4 kg of water to one 25 kg bag of material and stir quickly for about 3 minutes. Pour onto the ground and spread evenly.

3. Avoid working in direct sunlight. If unavoidable, pre-soak the cleaned road surface for more than 2 hours.

4. Avoid contact with water for 12 hours after completion of repairs.
