Reinforced Steel Truss Fine Stone Concrete Composite Slab (HJ Slab) – Project Case PPT
The HJ prefabricated, non-removable bottom-formwork steel truss composite slab is manufactured mechanically in a factory. A alkali-resistant fiberglass mesh cloth is laid on the bottom of the mold, and after pouring 20 mm-thick fiber-reinforced fine aggregate concrete, a steel truss with embedded connecting reinforcement is inserted. The fiber-reinforced fine aggregate concrete completely encases the connecting reinforcement, forming the bottom slab. Once cured and hardened, this component becomes a precast element. During construction, it serves as formwork capable of bearing all construction loads; in the service phase, it works together with the cast-in-place concrete to form the HJ steel truss composite floor slab.
