HJ Prefabricated Non-Removable Bottom-Form Steel Truss Composite Slab Product Introduction PPT
The HJ prefabricated, non‑removable bottom‑form steel truss composite slab is manufactured in a factory using mechanized processes. A alkali‑resistant fiberglass mesh is laid on the mold’s bottom layer, and a 20 mm‑thick fiber‑reinforced fine‑aggregate concrete is cast. Steel trusses with embedded connecting reinforcement are then inserted, and the fiber‑reinforced concrete fully encases the connecting bars to form the bottom plate. After curing and hardening, the resulting component serves as a precast element. During construction, it functions as formwork, capable of supporting all construction loads; in service, it works in concert with cast‑in‑place concrete to jointly bear loads, thereby constituting the HJ steel truss composite floor slab.
